The program is open to all individuals with disabilities ages 18 and over.
Acceptance into the program is based upon the assessment of a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. The program is funded by the Borough of Eatontown and the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and is free of charge to Eatontown residents
