We have an opportunity to add a family restroom, renovate our tennis courts, renovate and add two pickleball courts to Wolcott Park.
Eatontown will submit a grant application to the State of New Jersey Green Acres 2026 Park s Improvement program.
Wolcott Park, a stop in the Eatontown Greenway, is centrally located and within walking distance to many Eatontown residences and businesses. Improving community parks and outdoor green spaces creates community hubs that promote social integration.
By upgrading and continuing to improve Wolcott Park area to an reinforces our Eatontown Recreation mission to provide recreational opportunities to residents of all ages and abilities with the purpose of encouraging health and wellness and strengthening the community bond.
Wolcott Park is centrally located in the northeast quadrant of Eatontown and easily accessible to community residents and visitors. Wolcott is within walking distance to residences, businesses and three public schools. This convenient location of Wolcott ensures accessibility to our community.
We are excited to embark on this project and want you to join us in supporting improving Wolcott Park. Please provide input by completing the project survey. Together, let us further improve a space where everyone is able to enjoy the benefits of social interaction and outdoor recreation where all feel welcome.
The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or to provide comments on the proposed plan on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 7:30PM.
